Literal LOL at the negative reviews based solely on the fact that this story involves swinging, though. Same thoughts over and over from the narrator about her family, problems, love for them, her deep psychological understanding of people and events.

In that way, the series is more like women’s fiction, exploring all of the complicated emotions around becoming who we are.For many, they were right where they wanted to be, and loving life as a community… and * ahem* other things. It was cheesy, in ways, but kind of interesting thanks to the extra dialogue that reflected the psychoanalysis I mentioned earlier. laments repeatedly the fact that she can't drink while breastfeeding and/or must pump and dump (even though that is a total myth), and has a 7 month old (non-family member at that! This is a fun novella, and I really just adored how both men were utterly supportive of their partners. The Bible tells us to love our neighbors, and also to love our enemies; probably because generally they are the same people.

In a similar vein to Shari Lapena’s The Couple Next Door , this suspenseful novel left me asking, How well do I really know the people living right next door to me?Just the right amount though, balanced with excellent character creation, realistic situations and real human emotions. Somebody is leaving unpleasant notes at their house, stealing their parcels and perhaps spiking Kat's drinks. A super steamy story about two women in relationships who can’t get their eyes (and hands) off of each other.
